Revive These terms are an agreement between you and Revive Recruiting LLC, Houston, Texas, for the Revive Fitness website and product. Ruvi is the coaching feature inside Revive Fitness. Questions go to joel@revive-recruiting.com or (832) 948-4615.
The service
Revive Fitness lets an athlete keep a record of training, nutrition, recovery, and progress, and talk with Ruvi about that record by text or by voice. Features can change while the product is being prepared. We do not promise that every screen described on this website is available to every person on every day.
iPhone app
The iPhone app is being prepared for launch. There is no App Store listing. This website does not sell the app, start a subscription, or provide a download. A future App Store listing, if Revive offers one, will be a separate availability notice.
Eligibility
Revive Fitness is for people 13 and older. That matches the minimum age the product checks from a birth date. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
Not medical care
Ruvi is software. Coaching, reviews, nutrition comments, and training comments are informational. They can be wrong. They are not medical advice, dietetic advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a promise of a physique or performance result. Weekly and monthly reviews do not change calories or training on their own. Talk with a qualified clinician about injury, illness, or any condition that affects training or food. You decide what to do with a suggestion.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can ask us to delete an account by email. A signed-in athlete can also submit an account-deletion or privacy-assistance request in the product. Deletion follows the Privacy Policy.
Paid plans
This website does not check out a purchase. If Revive offers a paid plan inside the product, the price, billing period, and cancellation method are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. A billing question can be sent to the email above. These terms do not invent a refund window that the purchase screen does not show.
Acceptable use
You will not:
- Use Revive to harm, harass, or impersonate someone.
- Try to break into an account, the service, or another athlete’s record.
- Upload anything you do not have the right to share.
- Use the service to build a competing model from private coaching records that are not yours.
We can suspend access when we need to stop abuse or protect the service.
Your content
You keep your rights in the workouts, food logs, photos, and messages you submit. You give Revive Recruiting LLC permission to host that material and to use it to operate, secure, and coach inside your account. That permission ends when the material is deleted, except for copies we must keep for security, billing, or law, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our property
Revive, Ruvi, the website, and the product software belong to Revive Recruiting LLC or its licensors. These terms do not sell you the software. They let you use the service while the terms are in effect.
Disclaimers
The website and product are provided as available. To the extent the law allows, Revive Recruiting LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some places do not allow those disclaimers. In those places, they apply only as far as the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Revive Recruiting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, or for a training or nutrition decision you make from the product. We do not limit liability for what the law says cannot be limited, including fraud or injury caused by our gross negligence where that limit is prohibited.
Changes and the law that applies
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using Revive after that date, the new terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where a law that protects you requires the law of your place instead. We are not requiring arbitration in these terms.
