Revive Fitness covers AI coaching, workout tracking, nutrition logging, progress monitoring, and voice. The iPhone app that carries them is being prepared for launch.
01
AI coaching
Ruvi is the coach. You can talk about goals, training, nutrition, progress, and recovery in ordinary language. Ruvi works from the profile, the logs, and the conversation you have already given it.
A weekly review looks at recent evidence and helps decide whether the current approach should stay the same, or whether a small adjustment may be appropriate. A monthly review looks at a longer trend across body composition, photos, nutrition, training, activity, recovery, and recent weekly reviews.
Reviews do not change calories or training on their own.
Ruvi is not a physician, dietitian, or a certification you can hire through this website.
02
Workout tracking
Build the workout, log the session, and keep the completed history. You can ask Ruvi to look at recent training and talk through what should change.
The history is the point. A conversation does not replace a workout you never saved.
03
Nutrition logging
Log the food you eat and review intake over days and weeks. You can ask Ruvi whether the recent record suggests a calorie change. Logging a meal does not silently rewrite your targets.
If you connect another person and allow them to log food for you, that person can add food entries. A connection does not share your nutrition history.
04
Progress monitoring
Weight is most useful as a trend, not as one reading. Progress photos are most useful across longer intervals, especially month to month, rather than as a daily mirror check.
Ruvi can review recent weight and progress photos together with training and nutrition when you ask. Photos are evidence for coaching. They do not, by themselves, change your food or your training prescription.
05
Voice
You can speak to Ruvi instead of typing. The recording is transcribed into text and used as your side of the conversation. A coaching reply can also be read aloud.
Voice is a way to talk. It is not a separate coach, and it does not listen when you have not started a recording.
