Scope
This policy covers revivefitness.coach and the Revive Fitness product, including Ruvi. The iPhone app is being prepared for launch. This website does not offer an App Store download. The contact form on this website does not save your message on our servers. It opens an email to Revive Recruiting LLC.
This website does not use advertising cookies or a third-party analytics tool.
Information we collect
Depending on what you use, the product can store:
- Account and sign-in details.
- Profile details you provide, including goals and a birth date used to check age.
- Workouts and completed training history.
- Nutrition logs, saved foods, and recipes.
- Body information you enter, such as weight, and progress photos you choose to add.
- Conversations with Ruvi, including messages you type or that are produced from your voice.
- Voice recordings you submit for transcription, and text you ask the product to read aloud.
- Support notes and privacy requests you send.
- Billing records if you purchase a paid plan. The card payment itself is handled by the payment processor, not typed into this website.
If you connect another person and allow them to log food for you, that person can add food entries. A connection does not share your nutrition history.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Run your account and keep your training, nutrition, and progress record.
- Let Ruvi coach from that record.
- Transcribe voice and read coaching replies aloud when you ask.
- Respond to support, privacy, and launch questions.
- Bill a paid plan, if you buy one, and keep the payment record the processor requires.
- Protect the service, investigate abuse, and meet a legal obligation.
We do not sell your personal information.
Voice and coaching
When you record a message, the audio is sent for transcription and the text becomes part of the coaching conversation. When you ask for a reply to be read aloud, that text is sent to produce speech. Coaching replies are generated from your conversation and the product record. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are not medical care.
Who else handles it
Revive uses service providers to operate the product:
- Clerk, for authentication.
- Stripe, for payments if you buy a paid plan.
- OpenAI, for coaching responses, voice transcription, and spoken playback.
Product data is stored on infrastructure we operate for Revive. We share information with a provider when it is needed to perform that job, or when the law requires it. We do not give providers permission to use your coaching record as their own marketing list.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while the account is open. After a deletion request, we delete personal information we are not required to keep for security, billing, fraud prevention, or law. If a request cannot be completed, we will tell you. We do not promise a fixed number of days here, because the product record and the legal hold are not the same thing.
Your requests
Email joel@revive-recruiting.com to ask for account deletion or other privacy help. A signed-in athlete can also submit an account-deletion or privacy-assistance request in the product.
Age
Revive Fitness is for people 13 and older. That is the minimum age the product uses when it checks a birth date. We do not knowingly collect information from a child under 13. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.
Security
Sign-in, payments, and coaching run through the providers named above, and product access is tied to the signed-in account. No method of storage or transmission is perfect. If you believe your account has been exposed, contact us.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date. Continued use of Revive after that date means the new policy applies to information collected from then on.
